The Week Past

The last few days were spent in San Salvador after last Friday I apparently contracted a virus in my thyroid which by Sunday made my neck feel like I was in a major car accident. So, I took a 6:30 am bus to San Salvador and went to the ER with my PC doctor. It immediately clear it was my thyroid but prescribing medicine was a different issue. It wasn't until Monday night they gave me a major steroid/anti-inflammatory/ hormone regulator. The pain has gradually subsided and I thankfully feel much better after 3 days of rest in a hotel with hot showers :)

PS. Perci has disappeared. He was gone when I got back today....hope he comes back :(
